Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed mental health therapist with eight years of experience specializing in trauma, personality disorders—particularly narcissism—mood disorders, and relationship challenges. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT, though my primary approach is EMDR therapy. I also collaborate with a skilled nurse practitioner to offer integrated support, including ketamine-assisted therapy when appropriate. My goal is to provide a compassionate and personalized path toward healing and growth. I look forward to working with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is dedicated to providing integrative and compassionate care to support your healing journey. Whether you're working through past traumas, relationship challenges, mood disorders, or personality concerns, I offer a holistic approach tailored to your needs. Utilizing somatic, body-based modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and sensorimotor techniques, I help guide you toward growth, resilience, and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that healing begins in the body, and somatic therapy can be a powerful tool for overcoming the sense of "stuckness" that many people experience—not only from complex trauma but also in their daily lives. My approach helps clients move through grief, loneliness, hypervigilance, trust issues, and relationship challenges, while also fostering hope that healing is possible. I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where you can discover new possibilities, embrace change, and find a renewed sense of purpose at any stage of life. With a deep belief in resilience and transformation, I am here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and growth.
