Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Taking the step to seek support is a meaningful act of self-care, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in this process. I have extensive experience working with adults throughout New Jersey who are navigating a range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, life transitions (such as relationships, students acclimating to college, illness, or career changes), and the unique stressors faced by first responders. I also support individuals healing from disordered eating and those seeking to cultivate a deeper sense of balance, authenticity, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, authenticity, and lighthearted moments that help make the work feel both supportive and meaningful. At the same time, I’ll gently challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, deepen your insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I believe that life is precious and that change isn’t just possible but inevitable. I am committed to providing clients with the tools they need to achieve healthy growth and change.

We will discuss what you are hoping to gain from therapy. We will then begin the process of creating a treatment plan and work each week on meeting your goals. My clinical approach is client-centered; I will meet you where you are by creating realistic goals that are tailored to fit your needs.
