Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California with experience working in community mental health, Full Service Partnership (FSP) programs, crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy. I’ve worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, severe mental illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress related to school, work, and family dynamics. My background includes supporting both adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients can be themselves without judgment. I work to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and build a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. I also value helping clients explore identity, self-worth, boundaries, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic concepts depending on each client’s unique needs and goals.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have several years of experience working with diverse populations across different levels of care. My clinical experience includes supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, and difficulties with self-esteem and interpersonal relationships.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, compassionate, and empowering. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding
