Great to meet you!

I work with young adults, adults, and older adults who are navigating high-functioning anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, grief, relationship distress, intergenerational trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel overwhelmed by persistent patterns that can affect their emotional well-being and relationships.

I often work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that haven’t shifted despite years of insight or traditional therapy. Even when someone understands why certain patterns exist, it can still be difficult to create meaningful change. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, working to uncover new ways of responding that support greater connection, balance, and emotional freedom.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and integrative, informed by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT). I help individuals understand how nervous system patterns, early attachment experiences, and protective strategies influence current challenges. Therapy is collaborative, attuned, and focused on building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and more secure connections.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask some background questions, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about whether working together feels like a good fit.
