Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina.

I’m a trauma‐informed therapist who offers a calm, supportive space for adults navigating overwhelm, trauma, life transitions, and patterns of people‐pleasing. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in emotional safety. I work especially well with neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply and create healthier boundaries. If you’re looking for a therapist who honors your pace and meets you with compassion and clarity, I’d be glad to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I slow things down, help you make sense of what’s been happening in your inner world, and offer tools that actually fit your nervous system. I value transparency and consent in the therapeutic process, and I show up as a real person — not a blank slate — so you never have to wonder where you stand.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will honor your pace, hold space for your story, and help you build a life that feels more aligned and sustainable, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move at your pace. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been navigating, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll share how I work and check in about what feels supportive for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded, and not alone with what you’re carrying.
