Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in both medical and mental-health settings. I provide evidence-based Telehealth care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. My background in oncology and psychiatry gives me a practical understanding of how physical and emotional health connect. Through BTR, I focus on clear communication, thoughtful medication management, and treatment plans designed to help you regain balance and feel in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I focus on understanding each client’s goals and creating a plan that fits their life. Through personalized medication management and ongoing support, I help adults reduce anxiety, improve mood, and regain a sense of balance and control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your background, symptoms, and goals so we can build a plan that fits your needs. We’ll discuss treatment options and next steps together, focusing on clarity and comfort from the start. My goal is for you to leave our first visit feeling heard, informed, and supported.
