Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who values creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs and goals. My role is to support you as you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is goal-oriented. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, develop practical skills, and create strategies they can use in everyday life. Sessions are focused on helping clients make meaningful, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and help you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—this session is about building trust and making sure therapy feels like a good fit for you.
