Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients feel more grounded, clear, and in control during stressful or overwhelming times. I work with individuals and couples on concerns like anxiety, relationship stress, workplace challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-focused. I want you to leave each session feeling like you gained something useful—whether that’s a new way of looking at a situation, a tool you can use right away, or a clearer plan for moving forward. I use evidence-based strategies while keeping our conversations real, down-to-earth, and tailored to you.

Clients often appreciate that I’m direct, easy to talk to, and focused on helping them make meaningful progress in a short amount of time. I also pay close attention to patterns in relationships and communication, so we can create lasting changes—not just temporary relief.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is supportive, engaged, and focused on helping you feel better sooner, I’d be glad to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and goal-focused. I use evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand what they’re going through and develop tools that create real change in their day-to-day lives.

I focus on helping clients build awareness of patterns—especially in thoughts, emotions, and relationships—so they can respond differently and feel more in control. I also work collaboratively, meaning we’ll identify clear goals together and track what’s actually helping.

I tend to be direct and engaged in sessions, while also creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and not judged. My goal is to help you feel better and make meaningful progress as efficiently as possible.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know what’s bringing you in and what you’d like help with. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll guide the conversation so it feels comfortable and easy to talk.

We’ll go over what’s been going on recently, what’s feeling most stressful or important, and what you’d like to see improve. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, but we’ll keep things at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and to leave with a clearer sense of direction. When appropriate, I may offer a few initial tools or suggestions you can start using right away..
