Great to meet you!

I support school age children, teens, young adults, couples and families navigating anxiety, communication challenges, family changes, and self esteem. I also work with children and adults with autism and ADHD on sensory and emotion regulation, executive functioning, self advocacy, self esteem, and burnout. Together we will build insight, resilience, and the skills needed to support positive and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

When working with children, my approach is play-based and flexible aiming to help your child feel safe and comfortable. My approach is neurodiverse affirming, informed by personal experience having grown up in a neurodiverse household. I welcome clients who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and am committed to supporting diverse communication needs. I aim to create a respectful, affirming space where you or your child feels empowered and supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know each other and discussing your goals for therapy. I aim to understand your strengths, interests and past experiences with therapy. We will also discuss confidentiality and boundaries.
