Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina — a therapist dedicated to helping clients flow with life, not fight against it.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and use it as a powerful tool for healing trauma and supporting emotional regulation. When appropriate, I also incorporate Buddhist and Yogic philosophy, along with mindfulness-based and somatically oriented practices. This allows me to create a holistic, personalized approach that meets each client where they are.

I believe that true healing happens when we connect the mind, body, and spirit. My work is centered on helping clients learn to flow with life rather than push against it — because it's in that resistance that the greatest dis-ease often lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin to build a safe and supportive space for your healing journey. If you’re ready to commit to the work, together we can begin identifying the core issues that may be holding you back—such as anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma.

My goal is to help you move toward a life with less stress, and more clarity, purpose, and meaning. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that supports you in becoming the best version of yourself—aligned, empowered, and flowing with life.
