Hi! I applaud you for considering counseling to assist you or a family member. My background is working with adults and children with trauma, adjustment issues and high conflict court cases. I also have quite a bit of experience with adults going through life transitions, feeling overwhelmed with life and finding oneself.

I take an integrative approach blending different theories and philosophies of western counseling, Jungian theory, Eastern mindfulness and Native American philosophy.

Your first session is a time to talk about your goals and giving your counselor the information needed to assist you in living your best life.
