Great to meet you!

Please note I am in-network with Aetna and Carelon Behavioral Health. I am in the process of getting paneled with additional insurance plans.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. I have been in the field for more than 15 years and I am most drawn to children, female identifying clients up to age 25 and new parents. I'm here to help clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions and postpartum mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach depends on your goals and therapeutic needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my practice however, I understand there is no such thing as a one size fits all treatment modality. We will work together to determine what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

We will meet to complete an evaluation where you will have an opportunity to share your narrative and what you would like to accomplish in therapy. You can expect a therapeutic space that is safe and warm where you can be yourself. I look forward to meeting you!
