Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping clients become healthier versions of themselves. My specific areas of treatment include anxiety disorders, stress, trauma history, and relationship challenges. I received my degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2009, and since then, I have had private practice, psychiatric hospital, and non-profit clinical experience. I value the role of nutrition in mental health and life wellness, and I am currently a doctoral candidate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition at Saybrook University.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative in therapeutic techniques and functional with nutrition. I use CBT, Bowenian, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Strengths-Based techniques. I use an integrative and functional approach to therapy, which means nutrition-related techniques are used in improving mental health. For Christian clients, I use a non-denominational biblical approach rooted in a relationship with Jesus.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away practical tools to better manage their symptoms, psychoeducation to help their understanding, and insight to better understand themselves.
