Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I have experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My background includes outpatient mental health and crisis intervention, where I’ve helped individuals navigate overwhelming moments while providing a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.

I enjoy working with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling with work or relationship stress, navigating life changes, or looking to better understand themselves. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

I understand that taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re returning after some time away, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been contributing to your challenges, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical coping strategies that fit your life and goals. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel safe asking questions, processing difficult emotions, and making meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe every person brings unique strengths to therapy, and we’ll build on those strengths while working toward the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to begin understanding what’s been bringing you to therapy. I’ll gently guide the session and asking questions to better understand what you’ve been experiencing and what you’d like support with.

We may also begin identifying goals for therapy, and it’s okay if you’re not exactly sure what those are yet. We can explore that together. You’re also welcome to ask any questions, and we’ll begin to talk about how we our work together may look like moving forward.
