My name is Christina Harney, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Central Coast of California. I provide individual therapy for adults 18 years and older with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, maternal mental health and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in EMDR with a Polyvagal and Somatic focus. I use a variety of other techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I tailor techniques to each clients individual and unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected and empowered after therapy. I offer gentle direction and feedback but give each client choice in their treatment.
