Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and high-achieving professionals navigate stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressures that come with demanding careers and responsibilities.

I bring a practical, solution-focused and strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing on my background in both psychotherapy and executive coaching to help clients build insight as well as tools they can actually use.

I earned my MA in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute, a BA in Psychology from UCLA.

My work is especially focused on anxiety and overwhelm, depression, relationship and family concerns, ADHD, self-esteem, difficult professional or personal transitions, and helping clients get unstuck and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. I help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck, while also focusing on concrete strategies they can use to create meaningful change in their daily lives and relationships.

My work is solution-focused, strengths-based, and tailored to each client, with particular focus on anxiety, stress and overwhelm, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, ADHD, self-esteem, and the challenges often faced by high-achieving professionals.

I work especially well with clients who want both insight and actionable tools, not just a place to talk.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what brought you in, what is getting in the way, and what you want to be different as a result of therapy.

Together, we identify clear goals and begin building a practical path toward them in a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment.

I want clients to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and at least one useful insight or strategy they can begin applying right away.

My goal is ultimately to work myself out of a job: therapy should help you get what you came for, build confidence in your own ability to move forward, and no longer need it.
