Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I take a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and working together to understand what you’re experiencing and what you want to change. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and I want my clients to feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and feel more confident navigating life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership. You know yourself and your life better than anyone, and my role is to help you make sense of what you’re going through, understand patterns that may be getting in the way, and find ways to move forward. I take a warm and compassionate approach and tailor therapy to what you need, rather than believing there is one right way to do therapy. I want you to feel comfortable being honest and bringing your whole self into our work together. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while also finding practical tools and insights that can help you create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get from our work together. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your experiences, and the things that are important to you. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
