Great to meet you!

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, puzzled, stuck, or carrying more than we feel equipped to hold. I believe therapy can offer a place of safety and respite during those times—a source of support where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

As a licensed psychotherapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, life transitions, and personal or professional issues.

Together, we’ll make space for the present while exploring how past experiences, relationships, and deeply rooted patterns may shape how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you today. Wherever you are in your healing journey, my hope is to help you move forward with deeper understanding, greater resilience, and the skills and inner resources to navigate both the challenges you may face today and those that may arise along the way.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is providing a steady foundation as you navigate challenges, change, and uncertainty, while creating space for healing and growth. I believe a meaningful therapeutic relationship is rooted in a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment where you can freely process your experiences, unpack any heaviness, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and feel genuinely heard and understood.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, neuroscience-integrated, and compassion-focused, drawing from evidence-based modalities and techniques tailored to your specific needs and goals. I take an active, collaborative role in our sessions—asking questions that invite deeper exploration, helping to uncover what may lie beneath the surface, offering observations and new perspectives, and gently challenging you when it may help you discover new possibilities and find new ways forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll explore your concerns, experiences, and relationships, and anything you feel is important. There’s no expectation to share everything at once or have it all figured out—we’ll begin wherever you feel comfortable, allowing our work to unfold naturally at a pace that feels both supportive and productive for you.

Throughout our work together, we’ll balance deeper insight with practical strategies and solutions to help you manage distress, navigate challenges, and create positive change in everyday life. With greater understanding comes the opportunity to heal the unresolved, undo patterns that no longer serve you, and cultivate new ways of relating to yourself, understanding your inner experiences, and connecting with others.

Together, we’ll make adjustments along the way—the natural evolution of growth involves change, and therapy itself evolves with you. My hope is that our work helps you move toward a life that feels more intentional, meaningful, and authentic—one more deeply aligned with your values, goals, and purpose.
