I am an LMHC with post-graduate certification in working with folks with ADHD. As a fellow spicy brained person, I believe that language and humor are both vital parts of understanding ourselves and developing the tools to navigate life successfully.
Therapy is equal parts learning lab and relationship. My approach is rooted in education and advocacy. I want to equip clients with knowledge and skills to support them on their life's journey. I believe we are doing important work together. I also believe it doesn't always have to be that serious, or that long-term.
At your first session, we're going to chat about what brings you to my door and what you're hoping to get from the experience of working together. I strive to create a safe, relaxed, warm environment for us to really dig in and do good work.
