Great to meet you!

Hello! I am so glad you are here. My name is Christina Jones, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have worked in the mental health field for 19 years, helping children, adolescents, families, men and women find hope and experience the change they are seeking. I have a Masters in Education and Counseling from the University of North Texas. I have experience supporting anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and parenting and work challenges.

My approach to therapy

I view clients from a Rogerian, Client-Centered lens, where I believe that unconditional positive regard promotes change and authenticity. My approach to supporting change is eclectic, and I will meet the needs of each individual client depending on your personal goals. Together we will create a plan to inspire growth and lead you on the path towards the healthiest version of you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and open minded therapeutic relationship where we partner together to create a plan that you feel most comfortable to gain tools to access the change you are hoping for.
