Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Christina Jordan, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges.

My background includes working in a variety of mental health settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, trauma, and substance use recovery. I am also a Certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and have a passion for helping families strengthen their relationships and build secure connections.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe that each person has unique strengths, and together we can build on those strengths to promote healing, growth, and resilience.

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater wellness and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and understood. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I work alongside clients to help them gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view challenges through a relational and family systems lens, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments all influence our well-being. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, communication difficulties, life transitions, grief, trauma, stress, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach integrates family systems theory, attachment-based concepts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness techniques. Whether you are seeking to improve a relationship, navigate a difficult life season, or better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build healthier patterns, strengthen connections, and move toward lasting growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood while beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, relationships, strengths, and current challenges, and identify the goals you would like to achieve. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

My approach is collaborative, meaning we work as a team. Whether your goals involve improving relationships, managing anxiety or depression, navigating a life transition, processing past experiences, or developing healthier coping skills, I strive to create a safe space where growth, healing, and meaningful change can occur.
