Hey there, I’m Christina! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I specialize in helping children and teens navigate the challenges of anxiety, school and work stress, social concerns, and self-esteem issues. Adolescence is a critical time of growth and self-actualization, and I’m passionate about equipping clients with the tools and confidence needed to thrive. Together, we’ll work to build self-awareness, self-reliance, and self-confidence to be the best you there can be.

I often use play and humor in my work, and aim to build a strong rapport. I create a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel heard and supported in building self-esteem and self-confidence. Together, we’ll address the root causes of anxiety and work to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
