Great to meet you!

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can openly process difficult emotions and life transitions. I specialize in grief and loss, and also help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and challenges related to aging, caregiving, and end-of-life concerns. My approach is warm, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to help you feel understood, build resilience, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices to support clients in processing grief, managing anxiety and depression, and navigating life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will build practical coping strategies while also exploring deeper emotional experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace. We will begin exploring your current concerns, whether related to grief, stress, anxiety, or life transitions. I will ask gentle questions to better understand your experiences and goals. Together, we will start identifying helpful ways to support you and discuss next steps for our work together.
