Welcome to my profile, you have taken the first step in your self-care journey. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, or life transitions, in therapy, you will be provided a safe and confidential space that promotes curiosity, exploration, reflection, and growth.

I have been as Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio since 2000. I went on to obtain by Ohio Chemical Dependency License in 2008 and became Independently Licensed as a Social Worker in 2009. I provide both in-person and telehealth services.

My office is nestled within a yoga studio, in Maumee, Ohio.

I take pride in my service to Veterans and their families and believe that LGBTQ+ identity should be supported, no labeled. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care in a non judgement and safe environment.

My practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Crisis, and Solution Focused Interventions. I have a committed to recovery oriented care, that focus’ on empowerment, hope, and person-centered care to improve quality of life. Together we can make sense of emotions, patterns, stress, and build skills for coping, with confidence.

I work in partnership with clients that are struggling with various life transitions or complex mental health disorders to create a wholistic treatment plan that encompasses their strengths and emotional health goals. My clients have been successful with implementing a variety of healthy coping skills to enrich their emotional well-being.
