Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in both outpatient and acute care settings. I work with both youth and adults who are struggling with issues related to ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD and trauma. Additionally, I have clinical training and experience with issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community and trans health, including writing letters to support gender-affirming care.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in building relationships with clients and utilizing evidence-based interventions to empower them to reach their personal goals. My primary framework is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a non-judgmental, culturally responsive, warm, casual atmosphere during sessions. During our initial sessions we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy and determine some methods that could help you make progress towards your therapeutic goals.
