Great to meet you!

Welcome to Wellness For Life Counseling, I'm glad you're here and I look forward to partnering with you on your path to living fully. I work with clients to address social and emotional needs, including stress, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, interpersonal conflict, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a humanistic and holistic perspective, with an emphasis on fostering acceptance, compassion, and meaningful growth. I partner with clients to support healing, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and greater peace and clarity. Together, we explore individual strengths and resources to promote overall well-being, life satisfaction, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Treatment plans and therapeutic modalities are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Deciding to begin therapy is an important step toward personal growth. Virtual counseling offers clients the convenience, privacy, and comfort of participating in sessions from home.

The initial session provides an opportunity to discuss presenting concerns, relevant experiences, and areas of focus within a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment. This session will establish the foundation for individual therapy goals.
