Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed with work life balance? Do you struggle to take care of yourself or set boundaries? Is it difficult to get a good nights sleep and feel rested? I provide care in general areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, ADHD, work life balance, adjustment concerns, OCD. I have specialty training in sleep disorders and perinatal health, including fertility issues, miscarriages or adjustment after childbirth, pediatric sleep training. I create a safe space to explore evidence based practices to meet your goals. I enjoy helping clients learn skills to improve their overall well being.

My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on building a supportive and trusting relationship. I believe that meaningful change begins with connection, and together we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. I have specialized training in treating trauma, women's health and sleep disorders.

My approach to therapy

I provide Whole Health CBT—a comprehensive approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, physical health, and daily habits intersect. By addressing the 'whole you,' we create sustainable shifts that improve both your mental clarity and physical vitality.
