Great to meet you!

As a child, I attended therapy for the first time. I left determined I would be therapist, when I grew up. Back then, I thought the job title of therapist meant playing with toys all day! As I matured, my understanding and desire to become a therapist grew. I valued the depth, warmth and healing therapy can offer.

I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and became a LMFT in 2017. I specialize in working with individuals healing from trauma, mood and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

I integrate an eclectic approach to best meet the client and their goals for treatment: I provide the warmth of Person Centered Therapy. I assist clients in looking past the symptoms to reach the core beliefs of CBT. I help clients examine the subconscious mind and challenge their defenses in Psychodynamic Therapy.

I believe fostering a positive therapeutic relationship where the client feels safe, supported and unconditionally accepted for who they are is fundamental to successful treatment.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space where clients feel challenged to grow, yet also safe and contained. In every session, you will be met with warmth, compassion and respect. The process of growth and change can be daunting and painful at times, but I will walk along side of you every step of the way and help you reach your goals of a happier, more fulfilling life.
