Great to meet you!

I have a strong foundation in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, in addition to providing behavioral health services in school settings. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults, seeking to better understand themselves, manage life’s stressors, and heal from past experiences. I meet each client where they are—bringing creativity, empathy, and evidence-based practices, utilizing CBT and DBT-informed interventions, to every session.

My approach to therapy

Life comes with challenges—at every age. Whether you’re a child overwhelmed by big emotions, a teen navigating identity and relationships, or an adult facing anxiety, stress, or life transitions, you deserve support that feels safe, empowering, and effective. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all ages to explore their thoughts and emotions, build skills, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Whether I am working with a child who is learning to manage big feelings, or an adolescent who is adjusting to a new life transition, I tailor my approach to each client's unique strengths and needs. Starting with an introductory session, we will establish a therapeutic rapport built on trust without judgement. From there, we will work together in sessions to explore ways to accomplish your specific treatment goals.
