Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from infants to older adults. I’ve worked in a range of settings, including inpatient care, schools, outpatient clinics, and child welfare, which gives me a deep, well-rounded understanding of mental health at every stage of life. Whether you're navigating life transitions, trauma, or parenting stress, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward meaningful, lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that effective care starts with active and empathetic listening—meeting each client where they are, without judgment. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, DBT, person centered therapy, while tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs, culture, and life story. I also focus on collaborating with my clients to set goals, build resilience, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. We’ll take time to get to know each other — I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away; we go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions, and together we’ll start to map out what our work together might look like. It’s really about starting to build trust and making sure you feel supported from the very beginning.
