Great to meet you!

I am Christina Malone, LPC, SAC, a Christian counselor who believes true healing begins when God is at the center of the journey. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can bring your struggles, questions, and life challenges while exploring them through both faith and counseling. Using a person-centered approach, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we seek clarity, growth, and restoration together. God is the author and guide of your story, and as we walk this journey together, I will help you explore your experiences and the truths of your life as we seek His direction for healing and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in a biblical worldview while also incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe lasting healing and transformation happen when we allow God’s truth to guide how we understand our thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. In our sessions, we will explore the challenges you are facing through both practical therapeutic tools and the wisdom of Scripture. I often incorporate prayer, biblical reflection, and CBT techniques to help renew thinking, strengthen faith, and promote emotional healing. My goal is to walk alongside you as we seek God’s direction, wisdom, and restoration in every area of your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you are free to share your story openly. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin getting to know one another. During this time, I will learn more about your experiences, what has brought you to counseling, and the areas of your life you would like to work on. Together, we will start to identify goals for therapy and discuss how we can move forward in a way that supports your healing and growth. My hope is that you leave the session feeling safe, encouraged, and confident about the journey ahead.
