Great to meet you!

I am a national certified counselor (NCC), EMDR certified, licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado working as a private practitioner in Littleton. I view therapy as a collaborative process with an emphasis on a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey to discover and explore the unconscious thoughts, beliefs and strategies that often drive our behaviors.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with clients through a mindfulness lens to help increase present-moment focus and self-compassion. My work is grounded in a relational, humanistic approach and my techniques are depth-oriented and vary based on the needs of the client. I draw from Psychodynamic/Depth Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as the Enneagram personality system.

What you can expect from our first session

I will help guide you through the transformative process of traveling inward. You will learn to notice your thoughts in a kind and gentle way from the viewpoint of a curious observer while also experiencing the feelings and emotions that show up for you in the process.

Together we will explore the limiting beliefs that may be serving as barriers to the happiness, joy and contentment you may be searching for.
