Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am Christina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal as a psychotherapist is to challenge everyone to learn to view therapy as something that can be enjoyable, inspiring, and life changing. I enjoy working with a diverse population and I work in many therapeutic modalities. My style is to provide each client with a warm, inviting, safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathic space to help them meet their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I take on a holistic perspective of the experiences of human beings, and I view each person as a unique individual, bringing in their own gifts and strengths.

Although I use several therapeutic modalities, I focus my practice primarily on using a psychodynamic approach, focusing on unconscious processes as they are manifested in an individual's present behavior. This approach is meant to increase the individual's self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior.

What you can expect from me

This approach is my attempt to help individuals find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to gain insight into their current self.

The greatest part of my job is being able to see the progress and growth of each of my clients. I'm excited to help you achieve your mental health goals and watch you progress and grow.
