My approach to therapy

Christina operates from a strength-based approach, one focused on understanding patterns, growth, and transparency. She utilizes different scientifically based techniques in order to help you achieve the goals you identify. Christina values authentic engagement and interaction with everyone she meets.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to create their own goals, work towards them in (and sometimes out of) session. Christina operates from he stand point that everyone does the best they can with what they have, and when people gain new tools, they can achieve more. Christina works to challenge her clients in a supportive way, uses humor, and is non-judgmental. Christina uses psycho-education as a tool and will explain why she believes a technique will be successful in helping you achieve your goals.
