Christina Martinez, MS, LPC, LCDC is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. As a bilingual counselor, she is committed to delivering culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background, experiences, and values.
Christina specializes in helping individuals navigate addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Her trauma-informed approach focuses on fostering safety, trust, and resilience while helping clients overcome challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, Christina works collaboratively with clients to develop emotional regulation skills, challenge self-defeating thought patterns, strengthen relationships, and support lasting recovery. She believes that healing happens through genuine connection, self-discovery, and empowerment, and she is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths and achieve their personal goals.
