Great to meet you!

Christina obtained her Master's Degree from Georgian Court University. Christina has prior experience working in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, outpatient, and crisis work for both mental health and addictions.

Christina specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, substance abuse, and navigating life's challenges. Christina is formally trained in Exposure Response and Prevention to treat obsessive compulsive disorder.

My approach to therapy

Christina utilizes a person centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy to help clients find balance, resilience, and a sense of calm amidst life's complexities. Christina also strongly believes in the mind-body connection and integrating the two through somatic exercises to begin healing. Christina's supportive approach promotes symptom reduction and management, improved coping skills, enhanced emotional self regulation, and overall growth and well-being.
