Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, I believe healing happens through connection, creativity, and compassionate self-exploration. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel seen and understood while working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you strengthen your sense of self, improve communication, and create more balance and fulfillment in your daily life

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness with the expressive and reflective tools of art therapy. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that foster insight, healing, and growth. Whether through words, art, or mindfulness based practices, therapy with me is a collaborative process guided by your needs, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better and understand your background, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and see if it feels like a good fit. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and steps toward meaningful change, healing, and growth.
