There are many benefits to therapy whether you are looking to process your day to day stressors or identifying patterns and ways of thinking that have been keeping you from moving forward. I work with adults that are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Trauma. I also help clients who are struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, people pleasing, and setting boundaries.

I believe the most important piece in the therapeutic process is building a strong rapport. I meet each client where they are at in their treatment and tailor my approach to fit the needs of each individual client. I have a person centered approach to my clinical work and utilize techniques such as DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing. I work with my clients to gain skills to help improve their quality of life and achieve lasting change.

During our first session, we will have an intake session where I gather background information to better help me understand your goals for treatment. My goal is to provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment in which you can feel comfortable opening up about the issues you are experiencing.
