Great to meet you!

“We can’t change the direction of the wind, but we can adjust the sails. “

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe engaging in the therapeutic journey is an act of bravery. You are giving yourself the ultimate gifts of self-love, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.

I have over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families in crisis. Over the last five years, I have shifted my main focus to working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Life experiences leave their mark. CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused therapy can soothe and treat emotional wounds. Your whole self is welcome in our work together. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to foster personal empowerment.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to create a plan for reaching your goals. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the following sessions to make these goals a reality for you.
