Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to help children, adolescents, adults, and families through many different challenges and stages of life. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, stress, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, grief, and major life transitions.

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable being honest about what’s going on while also gaining a clearer understanding of what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools that can help you feel more confident and better equipped to navigate life outside of our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative and tailored to the person in front of me. Rather than assuming the same approach will work for everyone, I’ll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Motivational Interviewing and family-based approaches when appropriate. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on understanding patterns of thoughts and behaviors, managing anxiety or panic, navigating OCD or ADHD, strengthening relationships, or developing healthier ways of responding to stress and difficult emotions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what you’d like support with. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll start with what feels most important to you and build from there.

You can expect me to be warm, curious, and actively engaged in our work together. I’ll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify practical strategies you can begin using in everyday life. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater understanding, stronger coping skills, and more confidence navigating whatever comes next.
