Great to meet you!

I believe exceptional mental health care begins with truly understanding the person behind the symptoms. My approach to psychiatry is grounded in clinical expertise, genuine compassion, and the belief that treatment should be as individual as the person receiving it.

My nursing career spans more than a decade, with experience across a variety of clinical settings and specialties, including neurology, cardiology, oncology, immunology, and rare disease. Throughout my career, I have served in various roles that shaped my approach to patient care, strengthening my commitment to education, collaboration, and helping individuals make informed decisions about their health. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in education in 2017 and completed my post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2025.

At Bridge Psychiatry & Wellness, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based, individualized psychiatric care, with a focus on ADHD evaluation and management, anxiety, depression, women’s health and mood-related concerns. My goal is to help individuals better understand their mental health and develop treatment plans that align with their unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I understand that reaching out for mental health care can feel vulnerable. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. I believe meaningful treatment requires more than addressing symptoms; it requires taking the time to understand the whole person.

You deserve care that feels personal, intentional, and grounded in trust. At Bridge Psychiatry & Wellness, my goal is to help you find clarity, build balance, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I believe effective psychiatric treatment begins with listening, understanding your unique experiences, and looking beyond symptoms to understand the person behind them.

At Bridge Psychiatry & Wellness, I take a personalized approach to assessment and treatment, recognizing that no two individuals have the same needs or goals. Together, we explore your concerns, discuss treatment options, and develop a plan that reflects your preferences, lifestyle, and clinical needs. Whether treatment involves medication management, education, or ongoing support, my goal is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your care.

I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel safe asking questions and actively participating in decisions about your mental health. I believe the best outcomes come from a trusting therapeutic relationship, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and a commitment to helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

You deserve care that is never one-size-fits-all, but thoughtfully designed around you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to care, and begin building a foundation of trust. I will take the time to understand your symptoms, personal history, current challenges, and goals, while learning what matters most to you.

Together, we will explore your concerns, review relevant medical and mental health history, and discuss treatment options tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, or mood-related concerns, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and involved in your care.

You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free. You can expect a thoughtful conversation, an opportunity to ask questions, and a clear understanding of potential next steps.

My priority is that you leave feeling listened to, informed, and hopeful about the path forward.
