Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working on college campuses, for tribal organizations, people with substance use issues and a wide variety of mental health issues. My goal is to come alongside others to support and provide a safe, confidential space on their path to healing.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual adult counseling services which are client focused and client led. I specialize in issues of depression, anxiety, substance use and recovery as well as healing through trauma. Modalities used are Cognitive Behavioral, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills and spirituality.

What you can expect from me

Creating a safe and supportive space for an individual to walk down a road to healing is the starting place I use. I believe there are many paths to recovery whether it be from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or other issues. I try to help the person find their path and walk beside them on their journey.
