I am extremely passionate about helping my clients feel empowered to enter the next chapter of their lives. Navigating change can be extremely challenging- but also exciting! I am here to help improve your quality of every day life and teach you how to balance expectations.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a means to aid in clients facilitating change of behaviors to enhance their lives. I also practice EMDR as well as Brainspotting for trauma processing when needed.

My goal is to offer freedom to my clients. Whether that be freedom from the constrains of the past, freedom from negative thought patterns of freedom from anything else keeping them stuck.
