Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or even hopeless? Do you wonder if things will ever get better? Whether you are experiencing emotional struggles that you just can’t seem to get through, having problems in your relationships, struggling with past trauma, experiencing stressful life changes, or seem to be stuck repeating the same old unhealthy or destructive patterns and behaviors you just can’t seem to break free of, therapy can help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is the creation of a non-judgmental place where it is safe for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. Here we can examine and understand where and how certain behaviors that have developed may no longer be serving you and holding you back from inner healing and living the life you desire.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to empower my clients using a strength-based approach where I assist you in identifying, developing, and drawing from your unique strengths and skills. As a licensed counselor and a licensed addiction counselor, I can accompany and assist you on your journey towards healing.
