Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or constant stress on your own for a long time. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to move forward. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating painful seasons and looking for support that feels compassionate, steady, and practical. I also help clients managing panic, OCD, anger, and relationship challenges. With more than 8 years of experience, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe enough to begin healing. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I warmly welcome clients who feel most comfortable speaking and processing in Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My approach is practical and grounded, helping you better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can identify patterns, build coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward goals that feel realistic and personal. Whether you are processing past trauma, managing day-to-day stress, or trying to improve relationships, I aim to make sessions feel engaging, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapy space where you are met with empathy, respect, and genuine care. I know that opening up can be difficult, so I focus on building trust and helping you feel comfortable from the very beginning. In our sessions, I will listen closely, support you without judgment, and help you develop tools you can use in everyday life. My style is warm, conversational, and interactive, which means we will work together rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I want you to leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and more confident in your ability to manage life’s challenges. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing and growth.
