Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, families, and veterans.
My clinical approach is solution-focused, creative, warm, direct, and insightful. I integrate evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT, tailoring treatment to each client’s strengths and goals. I also enjoy helping clients explore attachment styles and relationship dynamics, increasing insight into patterns that may be impacting connection, communication, and overall wellbeing. I prioritize building strong rapport so clients feel supported and empowered to create meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, academic stress, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with moms and women who feel overwhelmed or stretched thin, helping them establish healthier boundaries, reduce burnout, and reconnect with themselves.
As an Army Veteran, I understand the unique stressors of military life and am honored to work with service members, veterans, and their families. My background includes private practice leadership, school-based and university mental health, and clinical work with veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
I look forward to supporting you wherever you are in your journey.
