Great to meet you!

I am so fortunate to be able to do this powerful work. There is little else as special as getting to know someone and be with them at hard points in their life. I help clients sort through current and past experiences to best honor how they became who they are. Sometimes clients want to change how they interact in the world and need help figuring out what they want.

My approach to therapy

In my practice I provide space for clients to get support with challenging feelings and states of being. I meet my clients in a relationship that enables them to work towards their goals. This shift often transforms their lives. Our feelings are wonderful tools that can help us live richer lives. Many people have been mistakenly given the message that feelings are too big or bothersome to give the respect and attention they deserve.

What you can expect from me

We learn about feelings through relationships with a trusted other. We’ll start where you are to move towards your best and most authentic life as you define it. My practice is client-centered and trauma-informed. I cultivate a safe and welcoming space for diverse individuals and families based in attachment theory and anti-oppressive frameworks.
