Christina Metcalf, LCSW, is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with teens and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, and relationship challenges. She is passionate about helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Christina believes therapy should be a space where people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported while developing the tools needed to reconnect with themselves and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. She has experience working across multiple clinical settings with individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and life stressors. Her therapeutic approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and individualized to each client’s needs.
