I have extensive experience in the areas of various Family systems models, trauma, sexual abuse, as well as with Child and Adolescent Development. I practice from a solution-oriented lens, which allows me to work on the issues you are facing to work toward solutions.

In addition to my 10 years of clinical experience and I am also an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, a credential that ensures the public I am uniquely qualified to treat a wide range of sexual issues. AASECT certification protects consumers by distinguishing those therapists who have achieved rigorous standards and the highest levels of clinical competence.

My style of therapy includes guiding clients through transitional crises utilizing a holistic, mind-body wellness approach. With my broad range of combined knowledge training and experience, I am able to provide a warm, and comforting environment while providing a space where individuals, couples and families can gain awareness and greater healing.
