Great to meet you!

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.

Life can be overwhelming, even for those who appear to have everything together. You may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, burnout, life transitions, or simply searching for greater clarity and peace, therapy can be a place where lasting change begins.

I believe healing starts when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting growth.

Together, we’ll identify the patterns that may be holding you back, build healthier coping strategies, improve your relationships, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling. My goal is not only to help you feel better but to empower you with the confidence and skills to navigate future challenges long after therapy ends.

Taking the first step toward therapy is an investment in yourself. If you’re ready to create meaningful change and build the life you deserve, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I recognize that no two people have the same experiences, strengths, or goals, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every treatment plan and session is thoughtfully designed around your unique needs, helping us focus on what will be most meaningful and effective for you.

My work is pattern-focused, insight-driven, and interactive. Therapy with me is not a passive experience. Together, we’ll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, behaviors, and life experiences to better understand what is contributing to your current challenges.

I help clients identify recurring patterns that may be keeping them stuck and uncover what is happening beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms. My style is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood while also being challenged to think differently, gain new perspectives, and make lasting changes.

My goal is to help you leave each session with greater clarity, practical tools, and a treatment plan that continues to evolve as your needs and goals change, so therapy remains relevant, personalized, and effective throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, the experiences that have shaped you, your strengths, your goals, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

I recognize that no two people are the same, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every treatment plan and every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, personality, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll begin identifying the patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges and create a personalized plan that supports meaningful, lasting change.

Many clients tell me they leave the first session feeling understood, relieved, and more hopeful because they have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to their struggles and a direction for moving forward.

As therapy continues, our work goes beyond managing symptoms. Together, we’ll strengthen healthier patterns, develop practical strategies, and create lasting change that extends into your daily life.

Many people begin therapy because they want more than symptom relief. They want greater peace, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, more confidence, freedom from overthinking, and to stop repeating patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to help you build the insight, practical tools, and confidence to move toward the life you want to live.
